Tensile Strength Tester
Tensile testing machines is applied to textiles, dyeing and garment industry to test the breaking strength and others.
It is applied to textiles, dyeing and garment industry to test the breaking strength (including strip method and grab method), extension rate at break ,tearing strength single-blade, double-blade, trapezia),billiard bursting strength and elastic material’s repeat elongation(including elasticity deformation ratio, recovery ratio and plasticity deformation),constant elongation, constant load, cloth commissure slip-off extent, suture slippage, knit goods armpit joint strength, sewing thread and single yarn strength. This machine can also be used for the tensile tests such as zipper, metal, paper, non-woven fabrics, linear materials and leather.

How do you test tensile strength?
The basic idea of a tensile test is to place a sample of a material between two fixtures called "grips" which clamp the material. The material has known dimensions, like length and cross-sectional area. We then begin to apply weight to the material gripped at one end while the other end is fixed.
What is a tensile strength testing machine?
A tensile tester, also known as a pull tester or universal testing machine (UTM), is an electromechanical test system that applies a tensile (pull) force to a material to determine the tensile strength and deformation behavior until break.
